Selling Jewelry

Posted by admin as Gold Bar

Jewelry is one of the most given gifts. It is not hard to find people that want jewelry, the object as a seller is to offer a quality product and build up a trust with your clientele. Advertise to your target audience which is more so women. Men get interested around the different Holidays like Christmas and Valentine’s Day.

Putting pictures of your products on your website is a really good way for people to see what you have to offer. Offer a 30 day money-back guarantee, as this makes the customers feel safer when they are buying something that they cannot touch or see in their hands.

Offer GIA appraisals with the more expensive pieces and stones; this also helps the customer to feel comfortable about buying jewelry from you. Testimonials from previous buyers placed on your website is also a good thing, put the good and the bad if there is any bad, this makes the customer realize that good reviews are way more than the bad, plus it makes you look more honest. If there was a dissatisfied customer follow up the bad review with a comment about what you did to resolve the conflict.

Describe your Jewelry honestly, if it is not pure gold, or if a stone is lab created, say so in the product description. People will not buy from a deceptive buyer. Have informative articles on your website telling customers about the different metals and stones hat you offer.

Make a diamond buying guide informing your customers of the grading scale and what each code means. Explain about the fours Cs of diamond buying. Color, Clarity, Carat Weight, and Cut are all important, and information to your customers helps them to make a better informed purchase. This is something that a customer really likes to see. It builds trust in the relationship.

Be sure to have a good marketing campaign and search engine optimization (SEO) to get more customers to your website. Be sure that your website design is easy to navigate so that customers can easily find their way around.

List the types of Jewelry that you offer in a navigation bar to each section. If you sell more rare stones than most jewelers, than include that as a highlight on your web page and in your marketing campaign. The more informed your customer is, the more apt they are to buy what you have to offer.

Make sure the photos and descriptions of your jewelry, show the item in the best light, and is a detailed description. Remember that if the item is not described right you may get returns, and you want to avoid that.

Send a discount coupon with the purchase to the customer this could bring them back for more purchases. Put a link on your web site to help the customer bookmark the webpage. Add links to informative jewelry buying information web sites that you may find.

As an industry leader and keen advocate of precious metals ownership, GoldMoney sets new standards for governance and customer protection.
We built our proprietary system to absolutely ensure there always exists a one-to-one relationship between every single goldgram and silver ounce recorded in the GoldMoney system and the quantity of grams of pure gold and ounces of silver in the insured vaults.

  • Gold Bar

Of all the precious metals, the gold bar is the most popular as an investment. Investors generally buy gold bar as a hedge or safe haven against any economic, political, social, or currency-based crises. These crises include investment market declines, inflation, war, and social unrest. Investors also buy gold bars during times of a bull market in an attempt to gain financially.

At the end of 2006, it was estimated that all the gold ever mined totaled 158,000 tonnes. This can be represented by a cube with an edge length of just 20.2 meters.
